I had a full rotator cuff tear, and it was repaired in July 2017, I had a Medical exam 3-1-17, and it was determined that I have pain level of 10/10 when either internally rotating or externally rotating. Can anybody inform me just what the limitations are? I know when it hurts, but would like to know what duties/ actions I can prevent from doing.
