I, too, hope you've seen an OS. I think it sounds like it's a biceps tendon issue, especially with the pain in the front of your shoulder. I hope you've gotten some relief from pain.

Hopefully you've seen a doctor since you posted this, but most shoulder instability is caused by a problem with your rotator cuff.

Hey guys. Im having a major problem. I am having a popping.. or some sort of noise coming from my shoulder. Especially during lateral raises. And abduction external rotation... almost like a ball throwing motion.. when i lift my shoulder to the side. Elbow 90 degrees and externalally rotate it. I get like a snapping...almost like something is moving in there. Also.i have pain in the front and rear.. its not super painful.. but its irritating... i do some exercise... no real pain with movement. But i get some popping... also... i can shift my humeral head... more than i used to be able to.. almost feels like instability. Alllsoooo... before i forget. When i reach out in front of me.. and relax my shoulder.. and pull the àrm forward... its like its subluxing., its hard to explain.

I know moat people will tell me to go to the doctor.. but right now thaf isnt possible.. i just want to know whats wrong. And i know there is no real proof positive way of knowing unless i ger an mri and things... but i just wanna fry to understand whats wrong
