Hello,

Long story short, I am 29 years old and I have had 5 surgeries since 2008 (2 open, 3 arthoscopic). What started as a small labrum tear, turned to bone graft, to hardware removal.

My last MRI said I have "early stages of arthritis, quite a bit of articular cartilage loss, some flattening of the spherity of the humeral head, minor posterior glenoid loss.

I am in pain daily, and feel unstability most of the time. But also at times I feel pretty good. Working out can have positive or negative effects.

I have dropped 15K on stem cells since December 2016. They have worked..Somewhat.

I feel if i can get myself to where i can work out in the gym and not pay the price the next day, i can get to a point to where i can live again.

I have read a lot about HGH and IGF1, in growing cartilage, tendons, muscle. Can anyone offer some advice as to if this may help, and what kind of dosage i should consider? I am trying to obtain from a doctor, but in reading many forms, i may need to go another route to get what i need.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

C
