<p>Hi All, I underwent arthroscopic surgery to repair an extensive&#160;Bankart (anteroinferior) tear to my right shoulder which I sustained from wrenching it during a rock climb.[br][br]I am now 1 year into my recovery and I have no regrets following the surgery, which wasn't an clear-cut decision at the time. I was told I could live with it but would be hampered from pursuing a number of physical activities.&#160;</p>
<p>I have now achieved 90% ROM in all movements, except cuff rotation which is a little less.&#160;</p>
<p>I wanted to let you know of a facebook group that allows those who are/have suffered from shoulder labral tears to share their experiences and assist those undergoing the difficult recovery - it certainly serves as a good support community. The link is:</p>
