I am 8 months post op from a multidirectional instability repair...and still don't have full ROM and a lot of pain. I do physio at least once a week...massage (when i can) and even trying yoga! The surgeon wants to wait till 1 year post op to do another surgery to release it as he said it was over tightened. [br]I am so tired of the pain...and limits on my life. [br]Any suggestions or experiences? [br]I find that this kind of pain is very hard for people to understand. They can't see it so we must be fine...but i am in pain all day every day...night is even worse! Bring on fall and the weather is making it ache even more...[br]I just want to know it will get better.[br][br]thanks!! [br][br] [br][br]
