 Sorry, I don't know if I had the same surgery and I do not live in the UK, but I can tell you that without at least some prescribed PT your shoulder will not recover. I could help get you in touch with a top-level shoulder surgeon here in the US if you need help. I'm a judo athelete and have fully recovered from surgery. I also want to tell you, the more follow on surgeries you have by unqualified surgeons, the lesser your chance of a full recovery.

Had a TSR on my right shoulder (and i'm right handed) after a bad fall while skiing. this was 5 weeks ago and still have lots of discomfort and very little strength or movement in my arm/hand.

This was done in the UK by the NHS, so I'm looking for advice from people who have been through a similar trauma and operated on by the NHS
