One of my friends has gone through the shoulder replacement surgery and after few weeks, she was feeling much better. It was really nice to see her getting recovered so faster. One needs to be self-motivated to help themselves in recovering on a sooner basis.

well after almost 4 yrs later I'm finally getting my last surgery done this one will eliminate most of my pain in my still dislocated shoulder and involve a muscle transplant from my deltoid to my bicep so that I'll get some use out of my arm I.E. eating, grooming and such.

I go in on Monday the 21st to hospital then get transferred over to the VA hospital later in the week for my recovery time
