Re: Instability[br][br]I am looking for some expert advice please. Both my shoulders dislocate frequently throughout the day and have done all my life. I am now almost 40 and they're starting to get a bit sore. I have had physio on them, but this only aggrivates them. What is the best option? Surgery? Or just carry on and suck it up? I also wondered, if I was to have to have surgery, how long I would be out of action as I am a single mum with no family living close by, who works full time so can't afford to be off work for ages but also have to be able to perform the usual daily stuff. eg, how long until I can drive after the op?[br][br]I look forward to hearing from you, thank you in advance for any recommendations you can give me.[br]Have an awesome day![br][br]Gilly
