Hello, to answer your question , before you play golf take some type of over the counter ibuprofen or tylenol and go some light stretching and drink alot of water, if you are a right handed golfer and your problem is your right shoulder you will be okay playing golf since your left arm will be your dominant arm, I just had surgery on my left shoulder, the second time . Surgery was June 22nd and I will be out of golf for approx 4 months and it is killing me, also if you can find some tension bands like the ones they sell at Dicks Sporting Goods this will help you build the shoulder up. Drink lots and lots of water, let me know what you are doing
