long story short my shoulder gave out last year causing my SC joint to seperate. well it has never healed properly and now has severe osteoarthritis in joint. my liagament is completely gone and i have bone on bone and it is very difficult to use my right arm which is my dominant arm. surgeon said there is 2 types of surgery that can be done. one is were they cut out the infected bone and then the scar tissue grows over connecting the bone back. the other is a tendon graft were they would take a tendon from my leg and graft it into SC joint. not sure which way to go are even if i can find a surgeon to do this procedure as there are not many that will mess with it. has anyone else had this surgery? what was the outcome ? what can i expect from it? any info would be helpful. thanks
