This things need time. You should take your medicines regularly, and try to do some slight movements. Gradually it will be cured, still it needs time.[br][br]new york city family activities[br]

I'm four weeks post injury and three post op. MCL, ACL and PCL torn, avulsion fracture, meniscus torn. The pain remains, another surgery looms (ACL still not done)and I am immobile. Can someone with a similar injury shed some light and a time table on recovery? Already in PT and doing my daily work, icing, etc. but getting more depressed by the hour. When can I expect to get going again at any reasonable level?
