I had a few serius injuries in my shoulder over the year iv been lifing wieghts. Went to various doctors over 2 years, no help from that, so started doing excercises and stretches home, in a few months, no more pain. Could do barbell bench press again, which i skipped for a few years after the injuries. This was the best i found that helped me with my injury:

Hi. Yesterday while driving to my office in Oakville, I had to apply a sudden brake. My neck was suddenly snapped forward. I was okay at that moment and just continued driving. When I woke up today, I am experiencing a severe shoulder pain and I just cannot move my neck also. There is no swelling but the pain is very severe. Will it be a fracture? I think it is a whiplash, as there are no visible symptoms of a fracture. I have booked an appointment with a chiropractor in Oakville to seek his help.
