Well, I think the ole' body has decided to cash it in one component at a time....Post Hemi, (4 months removed), still painful as described in previous post. Stiff within the capsule with radiating ache/pain generally in the bicep/subscap tendon area, with rubber band tightness into the biceps. While all along struggling with rehab on this shoulder, have become painfully aware of a gradually increasing, (several weeks), ache/pain in the "good" shoulder. This has become so intense I cannot raise above head without severe pain. Front of the shoulder, almost identically in the same area as the rehabbing hemi. For four months have continually been using it to exercise the hemi shoulder, and now I think this has developed tendonitis or a partial RC tear in the front. Now I'm icing two shoulders throughout the day.... With the way it's going I almost fear the legs are next..... Bummed in Carolina...
