My father needs to have both shoulders totally replaced but he's very anxious about the time it will take to heal. I would like to encourage him to have the operations done, and am assuming they must be done one at a time. Has anyone in their 80s had this done, and if so could you relate your experience please? I would be particularly interested in how long it took to get good movement back and how long you had to wait in between the surgeries. Many thanks, Francine
