curlyhoward, did you suffer any injury recently? According to your doctors, what is the cause of the pain?

I have constant pain in my right shoulder, but only when i'm sitting down or laying. It's OK when i'm up and moving around. there is no pain or limited range of motion when moving arm, no popping/grinding noises. no swelling/redness/warmth. Can't figure out what it is. just getting worse each day. Nsaids works very little. Unable to sleep at night. freebie doctors say "just rest it, take 2 aspirin, and don't call me in da morning." Does anyone know what could cause this?
