yeah im having that precedure done in a couple of days and am very worried about it, ive been reading so many horror stories with people saying the pain after is so intense and stuff, like they wish they were dead somtimes the pain is so bad, obviously this is making me very very nervous about it, the doctor didnt give me any info at all about it, basicly ive been having problems with my arm for a few years, the first time it came out was when i was play fighting with friends, then it came out whilst i was in my chair asleep, woke up and it was out of socket, the next time i was at work and tied a bin bag and out it came, its came out about 4 times in all, they said at first theyd recomend physio therapy before surgery, i didnt bother doing it as i just thought it would be pointless, but am now wondering if i should have, thing is its been a hard decision because its only days away, but also cuz if i go ahead with the physio therapy then not only is it going to take a long time and also may not even work, but ill still be at risk of it coming out at any moment. also i should note when it comes out is is very painfull
