My aunt has gone through knee replacement surgery and after few weeks, she was feeling much better. It is her positive attitude that makes her recovery quicker.

I am 35 yrs old. I had 2 surgeries on my right knee and I am still not walking very well. I can't run. I have seen 3 knee doctors and none of them seem to be able to help me. My surgery was simple. All he did was cut the plica. He said I would run in weeks and it has been a year now. I went to Physical therapy for almost a year. Can ANYONE HELP ME??? I can't even bend my leg all the way yet. The Patella tendon still hurts. Thanks I'm at mhgraph@yahoo.com
