This things need time. You should take your medicines regularly, and try to do some slight movements. Gradually it will be cured, still it needs time.

I'm four weeks post injury and three post op. MCL, ACL and PCL torn, avulsion fracture, meniscus torn. The pain remains, another surgery looms (ACL still not done)and I am immobile. Can someone with a similar injury shed some light and a time table on recovery? Already in PT and doing my daily work, icing, etc. but getting more depressed by the hour. When can I expect to get going again at any reasonable level?
